A-1 Golf Carts is looking to add another member to the team. We are a small business that specializes in E-Z-GO golf carts. We have the largest parts department in the valley and are in need of an employee to assist the Parts Manager in daily duties. -Qualified candidates must have a positive and pleasant attitude, some computer experience, and excellent initiative capabilities. -Communication skills, professional appearance, a desire to grow in their career with a company leading in the golf carts industry. Golf cart experience would be a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Maintain a clean and organized parts area and yard  Drive a forklift  Receive and stock inventory  Warranty claims  Ordering, shipping, and quoting parts  Provide mechanics with necessary parts  Unload and load parts from shipping trucks  Process orders and quotes  Assist with invoices and payment processing  Provide excellent customer service in person and over phone

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

 Must be able to lift 75 lbs.  Understand and follow proper safety techniques  Basic computer skills  High school diploma or GED certificate  Background check

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIROMENT

To perform the duties of

PARTS DEPARTMENT ASSOCIATE

the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, use hands, hear, and talk. The employee will be frequently required to work with their hand and lift heavy items up to 75 lbs. Outside labor will be required regardless of weather. Must be able to run standard forklift and stand up forklift
