Kaizen Collision Center is hiring an experienced Parts Manager for our Gilbert, Arizona location. We need someone who can take control of the parts department, stay ahead of problems, and keep production moving. If you know collision parts, understand the pace of a busy body shop, and know how to get the right parts in the building at the right time, this opportunity is worth a conversation. What You'll Own Order and source collision repair parts Track parts from initial order through vehicle delivery Verify incoming parts immediately for accuracy and damage Identify incorrect or missing parts before they disrupt production Manage OEM, aftermarket, recycled, and reconditioned parts Stay on top of backorders and vendor delays Handle returns, credits, invoices, and warranty issues Work directly with estimators, technicians, and production Maintain an organized, accountable parts department Find solutions quickly when parts issues arise What You Need Collision repair parts experience is required Strong knowledge of automotive and collision parts Experience in a busy body shop environment Ability to manage a high volume of repair orders Strong vendor communication and problem-solving skills Excellent organization and follow-through Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy Collision management system experience is a plus What Kaizen Offers Competitive compensation Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Training and development Advancement opportunities Consistent, full-time work Opportunity to grow with an expanding collision repair organization
