RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor parts email
• Work with vendors for parts pricing and availability
• Order parts for the shop and field
• Issue po's for quotes received for outside services
• Maintain parts, lube, and shop supply inventory
• Process invoices promptly for payment
• Receive/Update team with deliveries and parts ETA
• Implement loss prevention programs to prevent theft
• Input parts and service information in Vista
• Dispatch parts runner
• Pick up/Run parts as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum two of years of automotive and heavy machinery experience
• Self-starter, organized, detailed, and accurate
• Assertive, confident, dependable
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook
• Meets deadlines
• Works well under stress/pressure
• Able to prioritize/take direction from multiple managers
• Able to lift up to 50lbs

REQUIREMENTS

• Early morning availability
• This is an in-office position
• Valid Driver's License Background check and drug screening are required.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Pay:

$26.00 - $33.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 55.0 per week
