Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our customers and service technicians while efficiently managing transactions and inquiries. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Specifying and billing parts to ROs and invoices, for technicians, in a very busy shop and mechanical operation
• Communicate with service advisors, technicians and customers regarding parts status
• Handle incoming parts calls for accessories, tires, retail and wholesale accounts
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provides a "Best of the Best" experience for our customers
• Maintains Dealership Standards of Excellence Certification

REQUIRMENTS

• Have experience with automotive parts sales
• Knowledgeable about automotive parts and accessories
• Exceptional multi tasking skills required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Have strong organizational and time management skills
• Pleasant and courteous personality
• Strong customer service phone and computer skills
• Excellent communication
• Some Saturdays required
