The Opportunity We're looking for a Service and Parts Advisor at our Wickenburg, AZ dealership. This is a customer-facing role that drives our parts and service departments. What You'll Do Provide customers with consultation, recommendations, and quotes for trailers needing repairs or upgrades Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right parts and accessories for trailers and RVs Serve as the first point of contact for walk-ins and incoming calls Utilize dealer management software (DMS) and CRM tools Maintain parts inventory and order supplies as needed Coordinate communication between customers, vendors, and staff Promote a positive, team-first culture in the dealership What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office; DMS/CRM experience is a plus Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy retail setting A self-starter who can learn quickly and take initiative Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay, based on experience.
