Job Responsibilities:

Order, receive, organize, and stock truck and trailer parts and supplies for the maintenance shop. Issue parts to technicians and accurately bill parts to the appropriate repair orders. Monitor inventory levels and identify slow- and fast-moving parts to ensure timely replenishment and minimize shortages or excess inventory. Create, review, and monitor work orders accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the parts department remains organized and efficient. Work closely with the Parts Manager, maintenance team, and other departments to support daily operations.

Job Qualifications & Skills:

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining the company's best interests. Proactive, dependable, and forward-thinking approach to daily responsibilities. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with parts, inventory management, or a related field is preferred.

Pay:

$18.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience. Weekly pay. Benefits, paid time off, and paid holidays available.
