Responsible for Ordering parts for internal use (our Rental Equipment) and for Customers Equipment Parts needs, Must work closely with the Service Department. We are an Authorized dealer for Komatsu, Dynapac, Finn, JLG, Yanmar and more.... Experience ordering from multiple vendors needed. Must be personable, self-motivated and be very organized. Requires good communication skills with both co-workers and customers in person and on the phone. Must have computer skills that will allow you to learn different systems used by the manufactures to order parts effectively as well as ability to learn our computer system. Overtime available when needed. Open Monday - Friday (Closed on Weekends) Must perform miscellaneous related duties as required and assigned by management.

Parts Counter Specialist Requirements:

Prior Parts Counter Sales experience is needed. Construction EQ / Automotive Parts Knowledge is needed 2+ years of parts experience in Heavy Construction Industry is preferred Require verbal and written communication skills in English. Capability of verbal and/or written communication skills in Spanish is a plus. Strong Organization Skills Friendly Customer Service Skills (in person and over the phone) Proficient computer skills needed to perform job duties Must be willing to take & pass the pre-employment physical and drug screen.
