Phone Skills:

Customer Service:

Passionate about exceptional customer service and exceeding sales goals. Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner.

Problem Solving:

Locate hard-to-find parts and negotiate with vendors for the best deals.

Accurate Quoting:

Provide precise quotes and follow up with customers to ensure orders are placed.

Order Fulfillment:

Fulfill customer orders from various sectors, including installers, fleets, municipalities, and car dealerships.

Customer Base:

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in counter sales in a competitive market, with a preference for wholesale auto parts sales in the aftermarket industry.

Automotive Knowledge:

General automotive knowledge is preferred.

Bilingual:

Spanish is a plus.

Independent Worker:

Ability to act and operate independently to accomplish objectives. Must be able to work Saturdays Must be able to carry or lift 50lb+
