The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day operations & provide valuable to to ensure a smooth workflow. Duties Manage parts sourcing and pricing to ensure timely availability of parts and accessories. Follow up on parts orders with suppliers Receive parts from vendors Create work orders for service calls for technicians Review work orders from technicians Work with technicians for parts needed Experience Strong data entry skills with high accuracy in maintaining detailed records of parts transactions. Ability to communicate effectively internally across teams and externally with suppliers Experience in Quickbooks is preferable, but open to training
