As the Bay Area's leading window and door provider, Argonaut Window & Door seeks to meet and exceed the expectations of our diverse range of clients, including Architects, Builders, and Homeowners. The Service Parts Coordinator for the Fremont location will assist our Service Manager with the receiving of parts and managing the inventory of the distribution center. Duties Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in receiving, verifying and scheduling of warranty and purchased parts. Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices. Maintains records of received goods and rejects incorrect items. Create parts tags and tag all parts after being received. Examines service parts inventory and schedules technicians to complete repairs. Lifts heavy items and operate a forklift. Assist with and perform other material handling duties and works in other areas as needed. Follows all company and facility policies including quality, safety, conduct and attendance. Qualifications Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service expertise Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, retail math, and inventory management software is desirable Ability to work well within a team environment while demonstrating strong organizational skills Ability to lift 50 lbs 2-4 years of Warehouse/Shipping/Receiving experience preferred
Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
