Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Maintenance Parts Clerk to manage inventory, order supplies, and support the maintenance team by ensuring the availability of essential parts and tools. This role is responsible for tracking inventory levels, negotiating with vendors, and keeping accurate records of maintenance supplies. The ideal candidate has experience with inventory management, purchasing, and strong negotiation skills to optimize costs while maintaining quality and efficiency. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred to effectively communicate with maintenance staff and vendors. What You'll Do Maintain inventory of maintenance parts, tools, and supplies, ensuring stock levels are accurate Order and receive parts, tools, and equipment as needed to support maintenance operations Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with vendors and suppliers to optimize costs and ensure timely deliveries Track and record inventory usage, deliveries, and reorders using inventory management systems Issue parts and tools to maintenance technicians, ensuring proper documentation Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to prevent shortages or overstocking Assist in organizing and labeling storage areas to improve efficiency and accessibility Work closely with the maintenance team to anticipate needs and minimize downtime Maintain detailed records of purchases, work orders, and maintenance logs Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to support maintenance staff What You Bring to the Table ✅
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or technical certification preferred ✅
Experience:
