Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Clerk to join our logistics and supply chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, processing parts orders, coordinating with warehouse operations, and ensuring the timely fulfillment of parts requests. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency in warehouse management systems, along with excellent customer service skills. This position plays a vital role in maintaining efficient parts distribution, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records through inventory management systems and conduct regular stock audits Process incoming parts requests, orders, and shipments efficiently using ERP systems and warehouse management software Coordinate with procurement teams to source parts and manage sourcing documentation Oversee shipping & receiving activities, ensuring proper packaging, materials handling, and compliance with safety regulations Support order fulfillment processes by picking, packing, and dispatching parts promptly Collaborate with transportation management teams to schedule freight, manage freight costs, and optimize shipping logistics Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse distribution efficiency and inventory control Utilize data analysis skills to monitor supply chain analytics and identify opportunities for operational enhancements Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal and external stakeholder inquiries regarding parts availability and delivery status Skills Extensive knowledge of supply chain management principles including inventory control, procurement, and demand planning Strong understanding of shipping logistics, materials handling, packaging standards, and regulatory compliance requirements Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Data analysis skills for supply chain analytics and process improvement initiatives Effective communication skills for team management and customer service interactions This position offers an engaging opportunity for individuals passionate about logistics operations within a dynamic environment.
