This role covers the full parts sales process, from helping customers and technicians identify what they need, to sourcing special orders and keeping inventory accurate. If you've spent years working a Ford parts counter and know the product, the systems, and what good customer service looks like in a dealership environment, don't hesitate to apply! What We Offer $21-$25/hour depending on experience, plus bonus Health, dental, and vision insurance PTO and sick leave 401(k) What You'll Do Oversee the parts sales process from initial inquiry through fulfillment Work with the parts manager to source parts not currently in stock Process special order requests and follow through to delivery Communicate parts status and updates to customers and internal staff throughout the transaction Maintain accurate knowledge of inventory levels and ordering systems Adhere to all company safety policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in a Ford dealership parts department required Deep knowledge of Ford parts, systems, and inventory processes Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong analytical, math, and computer skills; comfortable learning new software and systems Ability to manage multiple requests accurately without losing attention to detail Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods High school diploma or equivalent required Livermore Ford is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
