Responsibilities :

As a Counter Sales Associate, you'll be at the heart of our customer interactions, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Answering phones and providing friendly assistance to customers.
• Greeting customers with a smile and helping them find the right auto parts.
• Placing and filling orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Performing detailed, repetitive tasks daily with precision.
• Completing assigned tasks independently, demonstrating a proactive and can-do attitude.
• Maintaining a safe, positive, and harassment-free work environment.
• Exemplifying excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Willingly taking on additional duties as assigned by management.
• Assisting with deliveries when need.

Qualifications :

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic math skills for transaction processing.
• A desire to be cross-trained in all areas of the operation.
• Flexibility for duty and position reassignments as needed by management.
• Must have a valid driver license

Physical Requirements :

We believe in working hard but having fun doing it. Physical requirements for the position include:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and occasionally up to 75 lbs (hey, those parts can be heavy!).
• Standing, walking, reaching, bending, and climbing stairs to stock and pull parts for the entire shift.
• Handling repetitive tasks with precision while maintaining a positive attitude.
