Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting the correct industrial engine and generator parts and accessories, providing expert advice on power systems and repair needs Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts shelves. Process sales transactions accurately and with professionalism Collaborate with the service team to fulfill orders promptly, ensuring timely delivery of parts for maintenance and repair jobs Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, product knowledge, and personalized service to encourage repeat business Maintain detailed records of parts sales, inventory levels, and order fulfillment using Microsoft Office tools or specialized dealership software Support warehouse parts shipment and receiving operations. Support dealership operations by performing basic mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostics when needed to assist customers or technicians Skills Experience with Cummins, CAT, Volvo, Isuzu, John Deere industrial engines is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills to manage inventory control, stocking procedures, and order fulfillment efficiently Excellent communication skills for client interaction, phone etiquette, negotiation, and building lasting customer relationships Proficiency in engine diagnostics, mechanical troubleshooting, schematic reading, technical support, and maintenance concepts Experience with dealership operations including sales management, retail math, quickbooks, CRM software, and inventory management tools Demonstrate strong computer skills.
