Role Description This is a full-time, on-site tech parts and service role based in Ontario, CA. The role involves managing incoming and outgoing parts orders, handling shipping and receiving tasks, and maintaining accurate inventory records for electric dirt bike components. Daily responsibilities include supporting service technicians with parts requests, coordinating with vendors and customers, and ensuring parts are stored, labeled, and tracked properly. The role also requires operating warehouse equipment as needed, preparing orders for shipment, and providing responsive, professional customer service to riders and partners. The team member will work closely with operations and service staff to keep the parts and service department efficient, safe, and well organized. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving and Inventory Control to manage parts flow and stock accuracy. Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to support riders, vendors, and internal teams. Candidates should possess Forklift Operation skills and general warehouse safety awareness to handle materials and equipment. Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working around powersports or automotive parts is beneficial. Experience in a parts department, service center, or warehouse environment is preferred. Ability to lift and move moderate-weight items, stand for extended periods, and follow safety procedures. Reliable time management, attention to detail, and proficiency with computer-based inventory or order systems.
