The team at Coastline is looking to hire a Parts Warehouse at their Oxnard, CA branch.

Job Responsibilities Shipment Processing:

Timely process sending and receiving of parts shipments, and post freight to work orders or counter tickets.

Inventory Management:

Perform cycle counting duties, verify shipment receipts, place parts in inventory, and address inventory discrepancies.

Parts Recommendations:

Provide parts recommendations, including alternatives, to meet customer needs.

Order Fulfillment:

Fulfill online orders promptly and manage will call area.

Technician Support:

Supply Service Technicians with required parts.

Showroom Maintenance:

Assist in preparing and maintaining a professional showroom image and merchandise displays.

Department Cleanliness:

Keep the parts department clean and orderly.

Tool Maintenance:

Maintain departmental tools and equipment in good working order.

Equipment Operation:

Safely operate a forklift and other related equipment.

Required Qualifications Education :

High School diploma or equivalent experience.

Parts and Machinery Knowledge :

Basic knowledge of parts and machinery.

Data Entry Skills :

Basic data entry/keyboarding skills and experience with Microsoft-based products.

Interpersonal Skills :

Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Physical Requirements Driving:

Must be able to drive and travel in a vehicle. For the purposes of driving, must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
