Responsibilities Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts and accessories based on their vehicle needs. Utilize automotive diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting skills to recommend suitable solutions for vehicle maintenance or repair. Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and maintaining accurate records of auto parts using inventory management systems TAMS (Total Automotive Managment System). Process sales transactions accurately through POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash and credit payments with professionalism. Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, product knowledge, and personalized service to encourage repeat business. Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely order fulfillment and proper stock levels for automotive parts management. Maintain organized workspaces, ensure proper stocking procedures, and uphold safety standards in the parts department. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive parts sales or dealership environments with a solid understanding of vehicle systems and automotive repair processes. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity in automotive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and vehicle maintenance. Excellent organizational skills with experience managing inventory control, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, POS systems,TAMS platforms, and retail math for accurate sales processing. Outstanding communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with customers and vendors to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Prior experience in retail sales or auto parts management is highly desirable; dealership experience is a plus.
