Full-Time Job Summary Fix Auto Miramar is looking for an organized and dependable Parts Coordinator / Parts Manager to manage the parts process for our collision repair facility. This is a hands-on position responsible for making sure the correct parts are ordered, received, verified, organized, returned, and ready when production needs them . The ideal candidate understands that strong parts management directly affects repair cycle time, profitability, and on-time vehicle delivery. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates well with the production and estimating teams, and stays ahead of parts issues rather than waiting for them to affect production. Responsibilities Order OEM, aftermarket, recycled, and other required collision repair parts Receive, inspect, mirror-match, and verify parts for accuracy and damage Track outstanding, backordered, and delayed parts daily Maintain organized parts carts and staging areas by repair order Process returns, credits, damaged parts, and incorrect orders promptly Work with vendors to obtain competitive pricing and appropriate discounts Monitor parts margins and identify opportunities to improve profitability Communicate parts shortages and delays to management and estimators Ensure parts are available before vehicles reach the appropriate repair phase Review active repair orders and upcoming production needs Maintain accurate documentation within the shop management system Coordinate with technicians, estimators, management, and vendors Help prevent production delays caused by missing or incorrect parts Maintain a clean and organized parts department Assist with other reasonable shop operations when needed Qualifications Collision repair or automotive parts experience preferred Experience with CCC ONE preferred Understanding of OEM, aftermarket, and recycled automotive parts Strong organization and follow-through Comfortable communicating with dealerships, vendors, technicians, and estimators Ability to manage multiple repair orders and priorities at once Basic computer and shop-management-system skills Dependable attendance and professional communication Ability to identify problems and take ownership through resolution What We're Looking For This position is a good fit for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving collision repair environment .
