Xcel Collision Center San Jose, CA Job Details Full-time $20 - $30 an hour 17 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Qualifications Vendor relationship building Inventory control Customer service Experience working in the automotive repair industry Purchasing Mechanical knowledge Auto body repair Full Job Description Auto body shop in San Jose, CA looking for experienced Parts Specialist person to handle replacement parts ordering, receiving, distribution of parts, and maintain accurate parts record.DUTIES:
- Identifies parts necessary to complete repairs in the shop
- Works closely with vendors to locate and order parts
- Ensures timely ordering and delivery of parts in accordance with production schedule
- Receives and inspects parts for quality/accuracy and distributes parts according to repair order
- Organize and distribute parts to repair technicians to expedite workflow
- Maintains accurate record for purchased and returned parts
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience with automotive parts in collision repair industry
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced working environment
- Ability to work well with all staff members
- Perform related duties as needed.
