Parts Coordinator Auto World Collision Center Valencia, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $18 an hour 21 hours ago Qualifications Communication with suppliers Customer communication Sourcing Inventory control High school diploma or GED Driver's License Decision making Vendor communication Auto body repair Full Job Description Auto World Collision Center is looking for a organized Parts Coordinator to join our team. The ideal Parts Coordinator is able to manage multiple tasks at once, maintain an organized work environment, and track high volume of incoming parts and returns. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the automotive industry with lots of room for growth.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Pay is dependent on experience! 1 hour lunch
Responsibilities Include:
Check in all daily incoming parts for all vendors by comparing actual count to packing slip. Post all incoming invoices/packing slips into the computer. Follow all company procedures for shortages or damages parts. Distribute all incoming parts to technicians and ensure all parts are accounted for. Maintain all junk core inventory by insuring that all cores are checked in and tagged with the customer information, original invoice number and credit memo number. Place all junk cores in the assigned area and return weekly. Ship or dispatch delivery of all cores to respective vendors. Process and maintain all parts returns a by properly pulling all parts being returned from technicians. Insure that parts are in new re-saleable condition. Create a return t vendor in the computer prior to shipping parts. Dispose of any packing material not needed after each shipment is checked in. Must be able to exercise a high level of independent judgment and must possess an advanced level of reasoning skills. Must have the ability to multi-task under pressure without losing accuracy and efficiency. Must be able to communicate with customers and vendors in a professional manner. Maintain a professional appearance and neat work area.
Qualifications:
Computer literate Detail-oriented and organized Able to lift and move auto parts up to 50lbs. Positive Attitude and team player Self-motivated Experience in Auto Body a plus but not necessary Experience with CCCone, Mitchell, OPSTrax a plus but not necessary If you feel this position is right for you please email your resume to respond to this job posting.
