Location:
Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid 3 days a week) Consumer Hardware expereince required Role Summary We need a senior program manager to drive the operational and cross-functional side of Client's supply chain risk intelligence program. You'll manage workstreams, chase inputs from stakeholders across sourcing, materials planning, and engineering, and ensure our data systems stay accurate and actionable. This is a connector role. You'll sit between the technical build and the business stakeholders, making sure the right data gets in, the right people take action on outputs, and nothing falls through the cracks. What You'll Do Program & Stakeholder Management Drive cross-functional coordination across sourcing pillar leads, MPMs (Materials Program Managers), commodity managers, and manufacturing intelligence teams Own project timelines, status tracking, and escalation paths for risk intelligence initiatives Manage stakeholder intake — collect, validate, and reconcile supplier/component data inputs from multiple teams Facilitate regular reviews and translate technical findings into actionable business decisions Track and drive completion of data validation tasks across distributed teams Identify and unblock dependencies before they become blockers Data & Analytics Validate and cleanse internal BOM/MPN/supplier data — identify gaps, flag inconsistencies, drive resolution with data owners Build and maintain reports and analytics that communicate supply risk to non-technical stakeholders Define data quality standards and ongoing governance processes Support tool and dashboard requirements by translating business needs into clear specs for the XFN team Required Skills 5+ years in program management, business operations, supply chain analytics, or a hybrid PM/analyst role Proven ability to drive XFN workstreams, coordinate across multiple teams, chase inputs, unblock dependencies Strong stakeholder management, comfortable pushing senior leads for deliverables and decisions Data-literate, proficient in SQL, comfortable with data analysis, can QA datasets and build reports Experience with data validation and governance workflows Excellent at structured communication, status updates, escalations, decision docs Self-directed, thrives with ambiguity and can define process where none exists Nice to Have Supply chain, procurement, or hardware operations background Familiarity with BOM management, AVL processes, or component sourcing Experience with project management tools and techniques Comfort with AI tools and Python for data manipulation or light automation Understanding of electronic component markets and lifecycle dynamics Experience in large-scale hardware/infrastructure organizations Working Style High-touch, you're in stakeholder chats daily, keeping things moving Metrics-driven, you track progress with data, not vibes Close partnership with the XFN teams and BizOps leads Autonomous, you don't wait to be told what needs unblocking Comfortable context-switching between strategic conversations and tactical follow-ups The pay range for this role is $135K to $145K per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
