Parts Associate - Temecula Branch Parts Associate - Temecula Branch Scott Equipment is an authorized dealer for Kobelco, New Holland, and Doosan construction equipment. We are a full-service dealership providing equipment sales, service, parts, and rentals throughout Southern California. We are currently seeking a dependable, customer-focused Parts Associate to join our Temecula Parts Department.
Job Responsibilities:
Receive and process daily inventory deliveries from various carriers. Prepare customer orders for daily shipment, delivery, and pickup. Answer incoming phone calls and provide pricing, availability, and product information. Provide professional, high-quality service to both internal and external customers. Pull, fill, and process parts orders from inventory. Monitor inventory and notify the Parts Manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials requiring immediate attention. Locate unavailable parts through outside vendors and place emergency orders when necessary. Notify service advisors and customers when special-order parts are received. Follow up on back-ordered parts and communicate updates as needed. Review will-call and back-order files weekly and return, stock, or process items as appropriate. Replenish assigned inventory daily and maintain an organized parts department. Assist with receiving, stocking, shipping, and general parts department operations. Required Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish required. Professional and courteous communication skills. Strong customer-service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous parts, warehouse, inventory, equipment, or customer-service experience is preferred. Knowledge of construction equipment and parts is a plus. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $22.00-$24.00 depending on experience Full-time employment Overtime opportunities as needed Competitive benefits package Opportunity to work with a well-established construction equipment dealership This position reports directly to the Parts Department Manager. A pre-employment drug screening is required.

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 42.0 per week
