Responsibilities:
Assist customers and service technicians with parts inquiries and orders Maintain and organize parts inventory Process parts transactions accurately (cash, credit, and internal orders) Receive, unpack, and stock incoming parts shipments Provide excellent customer service at the parts counter and over the phoneRequirements:
Strong customer service and communication skills Basic automotive knowledge (preferred but not required- training provided) Attention to detail and ability to multitask Team-oriented with a positive attitude Valid driver's license
