Parts Back Counterperson Job Responsibilities Assist service technicians by identifying, sourcing, and supplying the correct parts Accurately process parts requests, invoices, and repair orders Maintain proper inventory control and organization Coordinate parts availability and special orders Handle returns, shortages, and warranty parts as needed Communicate clearly with service advisors and technicians Follow dealership procedures and manufacturer guidelines Parts Back Counterperson Compensation and Benefits The Parts Back Counterperson Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $24.00 and $33.00.
