If you're an organized, detail-driven logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced aviation environment, The Blackhawk Group is seeking a Parts Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Broomfield, CO . This vital role supports our aircraft maintenance operations by managing inbound and outbound parts, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating with buyers and vendors, and ensuring all materials meet compliance and documentation standards. As a Parts Coordinator, you play a critical role in minimizing downtime and keeping our technicians equipped to deliver safe, efficient aircraft performance. What You'll Do Receive inbound shipments, verify parts and quantities, perform ship/receive transactions in Corridor, and upload documents to SharePoint Inspect received parts for condition and paperwork accuracy; verify serial numbers when applicable Take photos of damaged or noncompliant parts Monitor hardware bins and consumable inventory, report ordering needs to buyer, and verify expiration dates Process sales orders for customers Maintain MSDS sheets and log Coordinate hazardous materials (Hazmat) pickups and send copies of Hazmat Manifest forms to DTSC Coordinate all outgoing shipments, including international and freight shipments, following company shipping protocols (insurance, photos, Hazmat, etc.) Ship cores and RMA's back to vendors Update outbound shipping log daily and distribute to the company Process month-end reports as assigned by your supervisor Back up Parts Specialist to pull mechanics requisitions from Corridor, check stock for availability, and allocate parts Ensure requisitions are filled the same day they are received Process returns in Corridor and return parts to bins or vendors as directed by the Parts Manager Perform other duties as assigned What You Bring to the
