Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, processing and managing all orders, and ensuring that all parts are accurately documented and delivered in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts of parts. Process incoming orders and assist customers with inquiries regarding parts availability. Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of inventory transactions. Utilize Excel and other software tools for documentation and communication. Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Provide clerical support as needed, including filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a productive environment. Assist in training new staff members on inventory management systems and procedures. Requirements Proven experience in office management or a similar role is preferred. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in data entry and use of Excel applications. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to perform clerical tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy in documentation.
