This role will provide the successful candidate continued product and parts training. Job Description Candidate will be responsible for supporting the service and parts departments for an agricultural equipment dealership. General duties include service job tracking, parts processing and any other general duties as aligned with the service and parts managers: c, warranty processing, service parts identification and tracking, shop and team management support, customer support and other general duties to support the service team. Responsibilities Provide courteous, knowledgeable assistance to customers and team members Meet internal and external customer needs, offering options, resolving problems and following up Support service manager and technicians with job identification and quoting, time and activity tracking, parts identification and sourcing Identify, source, pick, return correct part numbers specific to agriculture equipment Perform cashiering and customer support duties to promote efficient department functioning Process warranty claims Coordinate equipment delivery, hauling, set-up, PDI, etc. support timely, successful completion of recall or product support activities Maintain friendly, helpful demeanor Provide professional, knowledgeable, courteous customer service Keep work area organized, neat, clean and fully-stocked Maintain service and warranty part storage Support service manager and parts manager as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent degree or greater required Ability to take initiative and problem solve Agriculture experience and understanding required, Ag equipment experience highly preferred Equipment service environment experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner Proficient in the use of a personal computer and corresponding programs Interpersonal skills and customer service skills required Frequently required to bend, climb, stoop, crouch, reach, handle tools and lift 50lbs of material Requires standing and/or walking for extended periods of time
