In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to clients regarding automotive products and services. Your primary focus will be to assist customers in making informed decisions about their automotive needs while ensuring a positive shopping experience. Duties Provide expert guidance on automotive repair, service options, and product recommendations. Manage inventory effectively to ensure product availability and accuracy. Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing, promotions, and financial transactions. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly while maintaining records of sales. Fulfill customer orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery of products and services. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance the customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall performance. Experience Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with automotive repair and service processes is highly desirable. Experience in inventory management and order fulfillment processes is a plus. Proficiency in math skills for handling retail transactions effectively.
