Responsibilities:

Manage inventory levels of automotive parts to ensure availability for service operations. Procure parts from suppliers while maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality standards. Assist technicians in identifying required parts for repairs and services. Maintain accurate records of parts orders, receipts, and inventory counts. Collaborate with the service department to forecast demand for parts based on service schedules. Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to parts availability and pricing.
