The Parts Representative will have a hand in all aspects of the parts department including marketing and selling parts to successfully achieve financial targets. The position requires a friendly disposition with the ability to interact with a broad base of customers. Qualifications Diesel Agriculture/Construction equipment mechanical knowledge preferred Excellent customer service skills Professional appearance and work ethic Computer skills Excellent organizational skills Responsibilities Interact and sell parts to walk-in and call-in customers. Shipping and Receiving parts orders. Stocking shelves Lift items weighing up to 75lbs. Take ownership of merchandising and maintaining the show-room area Other responsibilities based on experience. Operate forklift (will train) Assist in Parts inventory. Maintain and develop product knowledge.
