Parts Counterperson Responsibilities:

Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish Answer phones promptly Multi-tasking Locate any parts not in stock Complete special order part request for the customer Communicate with customers on parts status Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner Identify parts on factory sites. (Cummins, Mack, Caterpillar, Meritor, and more) Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test

Parts Counterperson Qualifications:

Have 1+ years of Heavy Duty Truck experience preferred Are able to work in a fast-paced work environment Have strong organizational and time management skills Are detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic Efficient in customer service and phone skill.

• Strong computer, written and verbal communication skills Must be familiar with computers Must be able to lift over 50 lbs Dependability ADP/CDK knowledge is a plus!
