If you enjoy helping customers, working with tools or parts, and staying organized, this is a great opportunity to grow your career. ๐ ๏ธ What You'll Do Assist customers in-person and over the phone (20+ calls/walk-ins daily) Help identify and recommend saw blades, parts, and equipment Process sales orders, invoices, and quotes using QuickBooks Handle counter sales transactions efficiently and accurately Organize and maintain parts inventory Coordinate service drop-offs and pickups with technicians Provide excellent customer support and problem-solving โ
What We're Looking For Required:
Experience in counter sales or customer service Comfortable using computers (QuickBooks strongly preferred) Strong communication and customer-facing skills Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred:
Experience with construction equipment, tools, auto parts, or rentals Knowledge of saw blades, sizes, or mechanical parts Bilingual (English/Spanish) Inventory or inside sales experience ๐ Benefits & Perks โ
