Ethereal is seeking an experienced, highly organized Kitchen Expo / Expeditor to join our team for immediate hire .

REQUIREMENT

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of Expo experience in a high-volume restaurant environment. We are looking for someone who can confidently manage the pass while maintaining exceptional standards of timing, accuracy, communication, and presentation.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and organize tickets during high-volume service Coordinate communication between the kitchen and front-of-house team Ensure proper timing and course flow for all tables Check every plate for accuracy, quality, temperature, and presentation before leaving the kitchen Verify modifications, allergies, and special requests Direct and coordinate food runners during service Ensure food is delivered to the correct tables and seat numbers Assist the kitchen team with daily food prep and preparation needs Assist with kitchen setup before service Assist with kitchen breakdown at the end of service Help maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized kitchen and Expo station Assist with cleaning throughout the shift and at closing Work as a team and step in wherever support is needed during service
