- Full-time About the Opportunity Ocean Mazda Doral is seeking an experienced Back Parts Counter Person to join our growing Parts Department.
The ideal candidate will support our Service Department by ensuring technicians receive the correct parts quickly and efficiently, helping maximize productivity and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional with dealership parts experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist technicians with parts lookups, orders, and requests Provide timely and accurate parts support to the Service Department Process special orders and monitor parts availability Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments Maintain accurate inventory and bin locations Process returns, warranties, and parts credits as needed Ensure parts are billed correctly to repair orders Work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts Management Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Qualifications Minimum 2 years of automotive parts experience required Previous Back Parts Counter experience preferred Dealership experience required CDK experience required Mazda experience preferred but not required Strong knowledge of automotive parts and catalog systems Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and perform in a high-volume environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) available Paid holidays and paid time off Career growth opportunities within a growing automotive group Why Join Ocean Mazda Doral?
