Parts Receiver / Parts Coordinator Ego Collision Center Corp Doral, FL Job Details Full-time $15 - $17 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Pricing Customer service Procurement Warehouse management Leadership Full Job Description Automotive Parts Coordinator Ego Collision Center is looking for an organized and dependable Automotive Parts Coordinator to join our team. The Parts Coordinator will be responsible for ordering, receiving, inspecting, organizing, and tracking automotive parts needed for vehicle repairs. This position works closely with estimators, technicians, vendors, and management to help keep repairs moving efficiently and avoid unnecessary delays. Responsibilities Order automotive parts according to repair estimates and supplements Receive and inspect incoming parts for accuracy and damage Verify part numbers, quantities, and vehicle information Confirm that received parts match what was ordered Return incorrect, damaged, or unused parts to vendors Organize and label parts by vehicle or repair order Track backordered and outstanding parts Follow up with dealerships, vendors, and suppliers regarding availability and delivery Notify the repair team when all required parts have arrived Maintain an organized parts receiving and storage area Document invoices, credits, returns, and parts-related information Assist with sourcing OEM, aftermarket, and recycled parts when necessary Qualifications Automotive or collision repair parts experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail is extremely important Comfortable communicating with dealerships and parts vendors Basic computer skills Ability to lift and move automotive parts as needed Reliable and punctual Experience with collision repair shops, estimating systems, or automotive parts ordering is a plus.
