Position Overview As a Counter Sales Associate, you'll be one of the first people our customers interact with when they walk through the door or call our location. You'll help customers find the products they need, process orders, answer questions, and provide the friendly, knowledgeable service they can count on. We're looking for someone with experience in HVAC, wholesale distribution, construction, or counter sales, and someone that is very personable. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service at the sales counter and over the phone Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct products and parts for their needs Enter and process customer orders accurately Prepare quotes and provide product availability and pricing information Learn our HVAC products, parts, equipment, and inventory Build strong relationships with contractors and repeat customers Communicate with warehouse and sales team members to ensure orders are completed correctly Assist with locating, stocking, and organizing inventory as needed Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional counter and showroom Handle customer questions and help resolve order or product issues Support the team wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly Must be able to pass a background screening and a drug test.
