The supply chain operations team in Miami is looking for a new team member that enjoys working in a very dynamic and international environment, is pro-active, does not back away from a challenge and is committed to help the team reach goals and keep our customers flying. Job Responsibilities Join our Component Services team as a Repair & Availability Coordinator to ensure optimal availability of serviceable components for KLM and global clients. You will manage purchase, repair, and replenishment processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective component returns. Engage with suppliers, monitor credit terms, and handle account management, contributing to the seamless operation of our supply chain.

Main job tasks:

Monitor repair and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with Turn Around Times. Manage supplier relationships and performance reviews. Handle account management, including quote assessments and cost negotiations. Collaborate with internal departments to optimize processes. Maintain a focus on customer experience and safety standards. Knowledge, education and experience Strong negotiation and English communication skills. Technical affinity and preferably knowledge of relevant systems like SAP. Involves occasional lifting/pushing/pulling of light to moderate loads (e.g., cones, chocks, documents, portable equipment). Requires clear radio and in‑person communication in a high‑noise environment and handling of flight documents in time‑critical situations. Work hours align to flight operations and include early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and schedule changes during irregular operations.
