Job Description Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. Our company is looking for a reliable Parts & Inventory Clerk to join our team. We manufacture innovative, fully submersible outboard motors used by military and commercial customers. What You'll Do Receive, organize, and stock motor parts and components Maintain accurate inventory and keep parts properly organized Pull parts for production, repairs, and customer orders Pack and prepare parts for shipment Assist with shipping and receiving, including occasional pickups and deliveries Perform basic sub-assembly of motor components Help keep the warehouse and work areas clean and organized Work closely with the production team to keep projects moving What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license At least 1 year of relevant work experience Experience with inventory, parts, warehouse, or shipping Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Word, Excel, and email Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Mechanical experience preferred Marine or outboard motor experience is a plus Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn Physical Requirements Ability to stand or sit for extended periods Ability to lift and move parts and packages as needed Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
