Role Description The Parts Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Snellville, GA. This position is responsible for receiving and distributing automotive parts needed for collision repairs, ensuring accurate and timely support to the repair team. Day-to-day tasks include managing inventory, organizing the parts department, checking parts for accuracy and quality, and coordinating shipping and receiving activities. The role also involves communicating with vendors, service advisors, and technicians, resolving parts-related issues, and maintaining clear records in the inventory system. The Parts Technician supports a safe and efficient work environment by following established procedures and contributing to continuous improvement in parts operations. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving to handle incoming and outgoing parts and materials efficiently. Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and vendors. Relevant experience in automotive parts, collision repair, or a similar parts department environment is beneficial. Ability to lift and move parts, stand for extended periods, and follow safety guidelines in a shop environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory and CCCONE are preferred.
