What We Offer Competitive compensation package Fast-paced work environment Full medical benefits 401K with match Life insurance Disability Responsibilities Oversees the parts sales process, identifying customer parts needs and invoicing accordingly Upsell parts and components to consumers appropriately Identify, locate/ order and dispatch parts as needed by Technicians Works with parts manager to control and maintain parts inventory Communicates with vendors Communicates with customer on the status of any parts ordered and notifies them upon delivery to the dealership Performs other duties as assigned Must be able to independently maneuver parts up to 40 lbs Communicates with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner Must follow all company safety policies and procedures Understands and follows federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience with auto parts sales preferred Customer service oriented with strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment Strong organizational and time management skills Professional appearance and great work ethic Proficient computer skills preferred Valid and current Driver's License with ability to maintain a good driving record
