Key Responsibilities:

Create, maintain, and edit manufacturing routings within production systems. Generate and troubleshoot laser programs for manufacturing operations. Review and interpret manufactured part drawings, blueprints, and engineering prints. Monitor production inventory levels and forecast inventory requirements. Process and coordinate stock transfers between departments. Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams regarding material movements and inventory availability. Communicate with supply management on purchased parts, shortages, and stock replenishment needs. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Assist with simple part modeling and drafting activities using CREO and AutoCAD. Support engineers by troubleshooting part requests and manufacturing routing issues. Analyze production data and inventory metrics to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with manufacturing procedures and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and navigate manufacturing systems. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and data analysis capabilities. Experience with inventory management and material control processes.
