Powersports Parts & Service Advisor

Drilling's All Season Sports is hiring a full-time Powersports Parts & Service Advisor for an immediate opening. This role is based at our parts counter and serves as a key point of contact for customers, handling both parts sales and service coordination. This role assists customers at the counter and over the phone, creates service work orders, looks up parts, and helps keep repairs moving efficiently. The position is primarily customer-facing and computer-based, with occasional light hands-on tasks. Mechanical knowledge is helpful, but this is not a technician role. This position plays a central role in keeping service work organized, on schedule, and clearly communicated between customers and technicians. We will train the right person.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Greet customers and create service work orders Assist customers with parts lookup and sales Communicate repair status, estimates, and scheduling Coordinate with technicians on parts needed for repairs Answer phone, walk-in, and online requests Track repair progress and maintain accurate paperwork Support daily parts and service workflow

Strong organization and attention to detail Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software (Lizzy DMS) Clear and professional communication skills Ability to multitask in a busy environment Retail, service, or mechanical familiarity is helpful but not required

SCHEDULE & FLEXIBILITY

We value reliability and work-life balance and aim to provide flexibility while keeping the department running smoothly. Team members may schedule a consistent afternoon off each week as part of a coordinated rotation. Saturdays are not routinely scheduled, but occasional Saturday morning coverage may be requested to support the team when needed.

Pay:

$17.00 - $23.00 per hour
