We are headquartered in Cedar Rapids, IA with branches in Davenport, Dubuque, and Waterloo. We are looking for the right individual to join our team in our Cedar Rapids, IA location, helping serve our customers. Sadler Power Train is looking for individuals who possess : The ability to utilize online websites and catalogs to locate parts availability and pricing. Solid verbal, written and phone communication skills. Effective problem-solving skills and ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience with heavy duty vehicles and equipment is preferred. Hydraulic systems experience is beneficial.

Your Responsibilities:

Sell products and/or services to meet customer needs. Record sales and/or counter transactions. Supply service technicians with parts as required. Assists with preparing, cleaning, stocking, and maintaining merchandise displays and showroom shelves. Participates in all job-related training and development. Perform routine housekeeping tasks. Maintains condition of company inventory, tools, and equipment All other duties as assigned. Pre-employment physical and drug screen are required.

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour +

Commission Schedule:

8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Overtime Weekends as needed

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
