WHAT YOU'LL DO
Scout private-party listings (Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Autotrader, etc.) Reach out to sellers, build rapport, and negotiate purchases Accurately appraise vehicles and assess market value Coordinate inspections, transportation, and paperwork Assist customers with invoice reviews and payment processing Work in-house at our Meridian, ID headquarters as part of a tight-knit buying team
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
2+ years of experience in the automotive industry (sales, buying, or appraising) Strong negotiation and communication skills An eye for value and a sense of urgency Proven record of performance and teamwork Ability to work independently Tech-savvy — comfortable with CRM tools and online platforms

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry Valid state-issued driver's license & clean driving record Must pass criminal background check & drug screen Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Professional appearance
