NOW HIRING
for Parts Department Associate in Nampa, ID Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Full-Time Temporary; potential temp to hire $17.00 per hour
Duties:
Receive, inspect, and stock incoming truck parts and supplies. Pull and distribute parts for shop technicians as requested. Maintain accurate inventory records using computer software. Assist with ordering parts and communicating with vendors. Organize and keep the parts department clean and orderly. Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. Answer phones and assist customers and employees with parts inquiries. Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately. Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment. Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Previous parts, warehouse, or trucking industry experience is preferred but not required. Strong computer skills with the ability to learn inventory management software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable with a strong work ethic. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday. Comfortable working in a warehouse and shop environment.
