Job Description
Midwest Construction Rental is a locally owned and operated construction equipment rental and supply store. We are a family-oriented company that has been providing to our customers for over twenty five years. If you possess a strong work ethic and an appetite for a growing team, please apply! Main Job Duties Overseeing all internal repair parts as well as any customer equipment parts as needed. This job requires multitasking throughout the busy season. Job duties and shift depend on the workload schedule. Daily responsibilities are focused on parts being ordered quickly to ensure equipment is back up and running as soon as possible. Responsibilities Include Maintaining a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department Overseeing multiple technicians to ensure they are working on the proper equipment Establishes individual technician parts inventory levels and balances them for maximum equipment turnover Works orders for the customers, answering their calls in a professional manner, assisting them to locate the parts needed for their repair Shop/Office is kept in a neat and orderly fashion for safe and professional appearance with routine housekeeping Partners with Outside Sales on pricing and quotes, as required Submitting and following up with warranty claims Coordinating field services, repairs and annual inspections with technicians Loading and Unloading Customers with parts, equipment and supplies Maintenance around the shop as needed
