Position Overview This is a mix of both back-room parts picking and front-end customer facing position. We are seeking an Part Specialist who possesses both the emotional intelligence, energy, and communication skills, as well as anaylze demand from boring inventory sales data. You will be the backbone of our inventory management, but also a professional bridge for our customers and vendors. No previous automotive or inventory experience is required—we are fully willing to train the right person. What we care about most is your attitude, your empathy, and your desire for a stable, long-term career.

Key Responsibilities Inventory & Systems Management:

Accurately track, organize, and manage automotive parts inventory using our point-of-sale and ERP systems (training provided).

Vendor & Client Relations:

Act as a professional liaison when coordinating with vendors, processing special orders, and resolving discrepancies.

Customer Support:

Step up to assist walk-in and phone customers with a welcoming, problem-solving mindset when needed.

Quality & Detail Control:
