As a Product Support Representative , you'll be on the front lines of growing parts sales, partnering with customers, and connecting them with the right parts and service solutions—while representing Nextran Truck Centers in the field.Salaried position:
$48k- 64k•Base pay will be based on an individual's skills, certifications, education, and years of experience.

August 31, 2026 Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening, background investigation, physical abilities assessment, and motor vehicle record (MVR) check. What You'll Be Doing Own and grow customer relationships within an assigned territory Identify new business opportunities and turn them into long-term partnerships Coordinate parts orders, special pricing, and approvals with internal teams Follow up on orders to ensure exceptional customer service Work closely with Parts and Service Sales teams to support customer needs Attend trade shows, customer events, and training opportunities Maintain accurate customer records and complete required reports Act as a trusted, professional ambassador for Nextran Truck Centers Perform other duties as assigned What Makes You a Great Fit Minimum of three (3) years of experience in automotive/parts sales, outside parts sales, service technical support, or a related industry. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage a sales territory, and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and service-focused solutions. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
