Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers seeking parts and accessories, providing expert advice and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience. If you have a passion for automotive or machinery parts and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply and grow with us. Responsibilities include however are not limited to: Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate parts and accessories Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts department Provide technical support and product information to customers Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Keep up to date with new products and industry trends May be asked to assist with deliveries

Requirements:
Valid Driver's License Previous experience in parts sales, automotive, or related industry preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Basic knowledge of automotive or machinery parts Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and inventory software Ability to work effectively in a team and independently High school diploma or equivalent
